Darn... we didn't achieve our goal. Your suppose to feel terror emanate from your very being at even the mere mention of the mighty CKingz . With such an opposing name I was certain it was guaranteed....

Well I got to admit that Ckings is a good name (CK + Kingslayer). But it's not that having a good name is what makes you good. My group name is the FullmetalXterminators and my partner is MCL. For some reason he doesn't show up in this thread no more. :|

Or maybe rather than leaving one job to the other, we use team work and crush anyone in our way, like a Steamroller.

Actually, it evens out. Team work is the main focus of our play style. Meta Knight and Pikachu make a good team. Meta Knight can easily land a hit on the opponent, which leaves me an opening to use a Down B, Down A, or Side A. Also, Pikachu has some good blocking moves (B, Side B, and Up A) which can help your partner out.

By stopping the opponents attacks you give your partner (which is Meta... so overkill) time to tear into the opponents. The spacers help a ton, too. By allowing one character to space the other character can go through you and launch into the enemy.

The main things to focus on in a team battle is to make sure to help your partner, but also know your role. If you know what help your partner needs, and you deliver it, than your team has a much higher chance of winning.

I know giving advice may help some groups get stronger, but this is for fun so I hope it does. The two focuses of this league are fun (part of the title) and gaining valuable experience/knowledge. It helps people sharpen their skills... and I don't know about you, but when a person is better than me it makes me want to play harder.

I always hope there is someone better than me... that way I can always be improving.


Anyway, now you see the brilliance of our team name XD. It includes our user names and is a pun on Seaking XD. It's just that great .
