Wireless router confirmation

I'm about to buy a wireless router, but i currently have bellsouth with a dsl modem. Does bellsouth need give me permission for it to work, and will it cost money? Or can I keep the same internet plan, and not pay extra to use a wireless router for my wii?

I donlt think it will cost any extra! all you are doing in effect is changing your modem. I was on a normal dsl broadband connection and just bout myself a wireless router.. Didn't tellanyone and it all works fine! they will never know and don;t really need to!

Can't see any reason why it wouldn't work for you. I am in the UK by the way. But shouldnt make a difference!
