From what I can gather, it means the way it sounds: best among WiiChat.

Seeing as the titles you can get are character-based, it is expected that the titles are achieved through 1v1 challenges.

If you were expecting team stuff, I suppose there could be a "Best Team" or something else team-related, but it seems there has yet to be such an option.

teams are harder to do in online play cause of time issues. thats why i made this for simply 'best characters'. it's easier on everybody.
