I'm willing to defend the Pit and Wolf title but I'm trying to get the Snake title. Any Snake user out there?

Lol ya well the title thing doesnt really mean anything ... I remember the last one like a year ago I was first to get a title only cuz I main a oddball character * well all of them are lol * And was a freebee cuz no one here is close in skill with the Princess.

Well im glad to say my Brawl itch it fully back lol. Peach is officially out of retirement but about to be backed up by oddball guys again lol. But trying to cut the list to 2 : Peach + someone else.....

Right now im liking the feel of : Luigi, ROB again and Pikachu lol I just need to get better on the quick lock. His chains are still easy.

and Generalsma we will play fo sho when I have my internet connection. Will be mostly for fun but ya....

Haha, I'm not really serious, my main weakness is killing myself trying to pull off stunts or joking around.

I've also tried maining random, it was great. Then my friends started telling me that I could win if I focused on less characters. Still, playing random is fun.

Unless we were going for serious matches then we would just fight with our mains.

See thats the difference these days when we could just go random and the matches were fun and close, compare that too

Man there are less than 5 guys I cant use decent enough to hold my own : Wolf/Link probly being the worst of them all lol. But not to diss ya homie.

I think the exploration in the game was bigger when it first came out so people like us were learning everyone and now that the Tier list and game is somewhat established it more about picking 1-2 guys and what not as it technically should be * like it is in Street fighter now for someone like me lol * , but the one thing that benefits us is we played in that frame and were able to learn so many characters ins and outs, rather than a select FEW.



Whats sad was Peach wasnt even my main lol it was the character under Sonic lol.



Once I start playing online again ill go for all the characters titles I think I should be able to maintain lol. I would like to see WiiChat be enriched in brawlers again like it once was. Since it was my first site and all lol.
But AiB was good for tournament practice lol

Can you accept a person's challenge even if have already issued a challenge yourself? If so, I'll accept your challenge for Pokemon Trainer, anax4aero, since it doesn't hurt to have at least one match from this thread . Since it's by each Pokemon... let's start off with Charizard and go backwards (Char, Ivy, Squirt)?

@BR3N7: Brawl most likely was more experimental back then, but not all of us care about the tier list. My highest tiered character is only high-middle with everyone else much lower. I just picked characters that interested me most. I've been more comfortable doing that than being a tier whore or maining random, but now might be a good time for me to start doing the random thing.

At the very least, we've been getting more brawlers in the past few months. Maybe it'll get more lively by the end of the summer.

More Brawlers or not, it'l still never be the same; oh, the joyous days of Wiichat when I was once a newb (yes, I seriously said that).

Despite me maining Meta, I picked him up before I was 1% convinced tiers had any meaning; I might not of even knew what they were back then. I was provoked by everyone's talk on how good Meta was, though, so I tried him again. It went relatively well, so I went on to practice him vigorously, until he was worthy of a main.

The first time I tried him when I was a n00b, though, went horribly wrong... Suicides everywhere, and F-smash spam. God, I was horrible at Brawl in the first two months. :lol:

Wolf on the other hand, I had to actually try training him. He's the only character I bothered with to make better, even though he sucked. I'd say maining Wolf is respectable; he's a solid middle tier, and he's got a nasty learning curve (not nearly as complicated as Snake, though). I only mained him because he was my (second) favorite character, though. I'd main Lucario instead, but... I just can't get his fighting style down, even though I spent weeks working on him.

When I can play Brawl, that'll be the day. I'll be training with CK and Shadow. But I need some help with my Falco. I feel he'll be good when I kick him into shape.

i know i got meta knight's fighting style down...i only say this because at one point in time i knew this one person that i just couldnt beat in super smash bros melee....EVERthen came brawl still couldnt beat him.then i started playing as meta knight.sucked horrible with him BUT i stayed with him...Two months pass and BAM! i finally kicked that one person's ***.

When I can play Brawl, that'll be the day. I'll be training with CK and Shadow. But I need some help with my Falco. I feel he'll be good when I kick him into shape.

Try asking godstepk1d for some help... he mains Falco and he's pretty good.

Also, if we're able to accept challenges from people (even though you're already trying for a title) then I might as well accept Shadow's Kirby challenge. Kirby is one of my most unused characters (other than Yoshi), but the few times I've used him I've been able to pull some crazy stuff about 50% of the time. Maybe I'll get lucky .
