Let the Wii pwnage begin.
*LOL* Of course not........you can't expect to eat everything you want, play some Wii, and lose anything.....no more than you can expect to eat what you want, walk 3 times a week, and still lose weight...unless your metabolism is very high, it ain't happening.
However, if you don't do any physical activity, and play Wii, you're moving.....and that's good for your heart, if not that effective for your weight. On that note however, people HAVE lost weight by watching what they eat AND playing the Wii on a regular basis, I know, because I'm one of them.
Lastly, it's a matter of common sense.....if you're playing Wii boxing, and you're sweating/moving around for 30 minutes.....you're using the same muscles as you would doing most other cardio excercises......so how could you not burn fat that way?
