What?!? I can't eat chocolate bars and chips on the couch while playing Wii Sports and expect to lose weight?
I guess it turns out that exercising the old fashioned way, and eating healthier is still the best way to lose weight... who knew :lol:. Not that Wii Sports can't be an addition to an already effective work-out routine.
