wii tv and browser question

hey guys, when i try to access the wii news and weather chanels it says i need to update to view them, but then it says i have the lastest update?

is that a problem with my wii, or have the channels not gone live yet, also I dont even have a button for the wii browser, has that not come out yet ? or is it just my wii lol ?
