Just a quick rant, not about the light staying on as such but it is to do with while in a game.
Why did Nintendo make it so the Wii does not light up indicating you have a message, there is no sign what so ever, you either have to go back to the homescreen and wait, or just turn the Wii off.
Another thing while on the subject you can not read messages in game, this is a big flop by Nintendo I think, they should of thought of this before going into online gaming/consoling, I just hope that when online games come out it won't be a big phail.
Few things I can see ruining it are:
I just hope they update with a way of knowing that you have a message in game, or even the bloody internet channel/mii/weather and photo etc.
Just bugs me and I know a few of you will be thinking the same.

- No chat
- No message board type thing for certain games etc.
