Wii launch Times Square

Last night as many game retailers were getting ready to open their doors to the waiting lines, Times Square was getting ready to throw the main Wii launch event.

The 'Toys R Us' store in Times Square, NY was the venue with a reported 5,000 Wii units on hand to satisfy the crouds.

Reggie was there too, on hand to get the crowd going and sign the odd console here and there.

Geez, you guys who are there are so lucky! I live in the smallest main center in New Zealand! Even if we did have one in NZ it wouldn't be anywhere near me! :sad:
