We're most possibly going away next year some time for a school thing to either Egypt or Troy...Pretty sure people have settled on Egypt and so have I....Sort of an in school but not school type thing with no duty of care.

When I signed up for Ancient History, my teacher specifically told me even though the unit was described as "explore ancient Rome, Greece, Egypt etc" it didn't actually mean we would be going to those countries with the $10 course fee.
Damn. Jealous. I'd vote for Egypt over Troy. Not enough to see at Troy.
Oh, I got to go to the museum once for history, to see the Egyptian expo (it was good) and she promised to take the class to see 300 (didn't) and promised to let us watch The Mummy (didn't) as apart of our Egyptian unit.

But as I said it's something outside of school...As in...we'll just happen to have been on the same plane, in the same hotel on the same tours and all.
