before sprouting all that crap about GT being so great, i highly recommend getting a game called Live For Speed on PC.

easily the most realistic driving sim ever. and yes, i have played it with a full force feedback steering wheel setup which includes H pattern gear shift and clutch.

you cant get a feel for handling by moving a 1.5cm long joystick and controlling power with either a digital button which is either full power or no power or an analog button with 5mm range of movement.

and no, none of the NFS games are in the same category as GT, neither is MK. so thats an incorrect comparison.

Haha tru tru.

I do find GRID a pretty good 2nd to GT5... Physics arent quite as tight, but the crashes are damn near perfect.

Only real issue I have is every car feels exactly the same.

I'll be getting my G25 wheel when I have the money....could be a while.

you know .. i WOULD buy that game... the only downside is that its 1GB for the demo. i dont even want to know how big the full version is!. and you can only get it online. not available in stores last time i looked.

otherwise i would be racing that.

Hmm how nice, one of my long time friends - like, primary school, through High School just asked me on MSN who I was. I know they don't use it very often, but come on! I didn't forget their email.
