I agree with the above statement. People who dont own one want one because its unique. I just hope nintendo can get some good games out for me to buy. That sadness game looks interesting, but only time will tell if its any good.

but seriously.. if sadness is the only game your interested in, and the interest in your Wii wore off after 5 minutes... you should think about selling your wii.

The basic reason I don't like the PS3 is because it's not a "new" system. It's just a beefed up reincarnation of the PS2, whereas the Wii has a completely new way of playing. "Amazing" graphics can only get you so far.

I would really love to sell the wii, but heres the problem. My g/f bought it for me for my b-day. We waited in line for 6 hours and each bought one. I gave one away as a present, and I still have the one my g/f bought. If I sold it, then I would be in the doghouse for a while. Not worth the $325 I could make from it. I looked over all the new games coming out and nothing caught my eye.

I think your definition of "new" is slightly skewed. You should have said I dont like the ps3 because the "gameplay" is not new. Not much of the ps3 is the same as the ps2 if your tlaking about the actualy system, but the gameplay is the same. Btw amazing graphics will get you very far.

on top of the fact that the sixaxis wasnt born until the wii remote secret was let go. it is the same exact technology as the wii remote on the inside. that was their last shot at trying to do something creative at all. and it totally sucks they got rid of the rumble. i really really wanted a ps3 until they came out. now im hoping sony either fixes it or recalls them or something. i wouldnt be shocked if they recalled them. plus i read you cant even play games while youre downloading other games...sad. and i also read that you cannot charge the controllers while the ps3 is on standby mode....useless. i dont know how true that is but it came from a ps3 owner. sony has a lot of work to do in my opinion.

ps3 first, the value your getting its really not expensive, wii is expensive you could say since they make a profit off of the wii, if you look around here people are flaming the ps3 for being in surplus, its not the same controller, it has motion sensing, poor gameplay...that dosent even count thats really mostly an opinion, copycatters..hmm offical, sure they took motion sensing, but who cares, wii's is better all though for some games i would pefer sixaxis, it just means they thought wii had an awesome idea and is really showing praise...and for your last comment..meh
360 now, computerized......... ......... .... overheating my ass, ive kept mine on for 36 hours + (no i dont have an intercooler) disk scratching is what happens to retards, its common sense not to move it while the disc tray is full and reading....ps3 and wii were rushed too, theres always room for improvement. unimaginary games? whats that suppose to mean...
wii, perfect, theres a lot of things it could have improved on..example: horrible graphics compared to ps3/360

Not the same as the wii remote. The wii remote has accelerometers in the remote. The sixaxis might not be as advanced as the wii remote, but it does a good job of whats its needed for. IM glad they chose it over the rumble feature. Sony isnt recalling the ps3 because its gonna sell alot of units. Theres plenty of things wrong with the wii, so anyone could say they should recall theirs as well.

You cannot play games while downlaoding demos, but its not that bad. I download games in about 15 minutes or so depending on the size. Plus sonys online is still very new. Give it some time to make some changes. You cannot charge the remotes on standby, but you cant charge the wiiremotes at all. If you really need to charge the ps3 remote, just plug it in to a computer.

you cant play games while downloading demos on the 360 either,well you can play arcade games, but is it that big of a deal? if your defending the wii you shouldnt even talk since you cant do anything while a game is downloading....atleast last time i checked or for that matter you cant even download demos off the wii xD

p.s. ps3 titles are using the sixaxis motion sensing capabilities, even if its like in resistance where you tilt it to check scores

well im thinking eventually nintendo will release battery packs or someone third party will for the remotes. i think that is what the usb ports are for on the back. and no you cant play jack while downloading on the wii. however with the power of the 360 and the ps3 id expect that not to be an issue. i definitely wish the wii had better graphics instead of 1.5 times the gamecube but oh well, its cheap. i was a major sony fan boy until the wii came out. i had lost sight of nintendo really. but now im back in. and i just wish the ps3 was more up to par i guess, especially for the price.

but to reply to one of your posts earlier wii&ps3 i seriously have a lot of money in the bank bro and im not a kid at all im 26. i just dont like to spend money on things i do not think is completely worth it and the ps3 is, to me at least, not worth it at the moment. 600 bills goes along way. if they fix it and the price drops i will prolly buy one, till then im wii'd out.
