sorry for the late reply, i've been extremly busy with work.

the movies wont work, she is more of a romantic type from what i can tell.

i was going to get flowers delivered to her office, but i dont know what she likes.

the last resort might be just to ask her to meet me somewhere and tell her straight off the bat. knowing full well that she is in a relataionship.

If she is already seeing someone I wouldn't interfere with her relationship at the moment. However if you want you can try to become friends with her if you aren't already. Hang out go grab a lunch or coffee together stuff like that. That way you get to know her better and possibly have a better chance than blindly asking her out.
