I just hope that if there is a surprise, it is global. If US or Japan got the Check mii out channel, or a brawl demo but europe didnt i would get really angry.
Wheres the surprise?

Nintendo was probably stupid enough to think that monday was the 31st and said we'll release it then 'cause that' when we do the wii'kly update.

Reggie could have been hinting at a number of things which have already passed such as ssbb online , hannabi fest ,the zapper with zelda , sin + pun and other games hitting the vc !
Its possible that when he said "surprises are coming by the end of september"
he meant it in a loose and broad way !
He never actually said check mii out will arrive b4 end of sept ! He refered to the "surprises" landing b4 the end of sept .... in fact check mii out could land anytime as no date or firm indication has been given (to my knowledge)
But I however feel that tommorow morning we will all wake to the warm cooling glow of a wonderfull wii filled with lovely surprises !:yesnod:

just a thought, (i'm probobly wrong) wasn't there a G4TV announcement on AOTS that got canceled due to legal issues? Think that could have been Nintendo's "end o' september" thing?:idea:

The thing is I dont think SSBB online or the Zelda Zapper game or Neo Geo games on the VC or Tubografx Cd games were the surprises Reggie had in mind because to me it was in the context of Wii connect 24 that he mentioned it.
Now the only problem is that he has a scape goat. He can say that any of these things were the surprise he was talking about even if they arent.

Who really knows whats going on inside Nintendo HQ? Mabye Iwata got annoyed at Reggie for making promises they couldnt keep. Now that would be a strange fight.
