LOL. You really can't measure ur level compared to computer. Anybody is definitely over Lv 9 if they can beat Peach Lv 9 consistently, even with the Ice Climbers. Computers don't determine your skill level, they show how much u can get around their shitty and predictable grabs/recoveries/smashes/tilts.

Computers can spike you (Falco/Falcon/Ganon) but they do a real shitty job of it. They can't even adjust their recovery if you're edgehogging...

People who play against CPU's expecting to improve are mistaken.

But as Dedu said. Measuring yourselves on levels like a CPU isn't really useful, but rest assured your over level 9 if you can actually play the game and use your head to get through alot of situations... unless CPUs.
