What is Q?

i've have seen multiple times that so and so game is coming out at Q2,Q3,or
Q4 so i just want to know what is Q

Q means quarter of a year. So Q1 means January - April, Q2 means April -July. And game developers are notorious for using quarter estimates for release dates because they're lazy and make games slowly.
