The ending song from the Jap version is better than the US one
(Opening is the same song)

That show wasn't funny at all. I was severely disappointed when I was told it was a bit like Azumanga (one of the best anime ever, IMO).

But sometimes its best that they dont do constant ones as they get tiring

I almost fell for that as well. Doesn't help that the credits change for the second half.

If you think watching the same tedious episode eight times in a row is your idea of fun, then yes.

In the original Haruhi novels Endless Eight is only about 20 pages long, so it could easily have been done in one or two episodes. But instead, some genius thought it would be a good idea to stretch it out to 8 episodes. What's most shocking is, they actually reanimated everything and rerecorded the dialogue for each episode in the arc, so the studio actually went out of its way to make it repetitive and boring.

Well im being a wise watcher and not watching session two of Haruhi till its done. That way im skipping all the crap

Well, I was watching Dragon Ball Kai a few weeks back.. but it's simply a re-edited DBZ. Goku is Goku and Vegeta is Vegeta.. so there's nothing else to say. It does look hot on our HDTV though in 720p.

Yeah, I basically sped through it over the past two days. I've got to say, watching so many episodes of HaC in a row is quite emotionally draining.
