Video File Problems

OK, so I'm making a sig with a video in it, using Demonflair's guide, and all I have left to do is to put the video in it. People told me I could use a .mov in Image Ready, o I downloaded a video, and tried to open it up in Image Ready, but then it said "Not a valid movie file". Can anyone help me out? Any suggestions?

install the quicktime codecs and ull be away I had the same problem and thats what i did, ill find you a link if you want

What type of video file did you tryed to open?? Because it needs to be a quicktime media file. You can always convert the file of it (if it's not quicktime media mov.), with a media converter programm.
