Oh hehe. Okay windows keeps track of which files are used and creates a file called layout.ini

You know what defragging is right? Well this file helps a defragger organize the important files so that your system is really fast. You can get the built in defrag program to adjust the files too but its a pain in the behind.

If you want I can help you make the system even faster without the ram.
