Well, they're not made by Nint., but most of the main series is on the GCN. TOS isn't made by Nintendo, either, yet it's exclusive for GCN. Sorry about not clarifying =]]

RE is really more of Sony's (since every single RE to date came out on a sony platform besides re0)

TOS=tales of symphonia

Somewhat recently Capcom (Resident Evil creators) ported all of the main series (except for 1 - they instead remade it) to GCN. Oh, and RE2 is on the N64.

But yes, since it's not published by Nint., Pokemon Gold/Silver make it onto the list
