If you're playing hero mode, you might as well pony up and spawn as the hero when the opportunity arises, given you're not in a vulnerable position. Bottom line: if you have fun being the hero, then be the hero. If you're having fun, then that's what it's all about.

Yeah, I agree with D34dM4N [OP]...
I too am 56 and becoming the hero is a lot more fun when you could care less about nabbing the extra XP. All in all, the game is very satisfying in some respects when you are just playing for the fun of it instead of trying to accumulate tedious points.

heroes is, in my opinion, the best game in goldeneye. that n black box. i know not a lot of people like that one cuz u CAN get killed a lot, but heroes all the way baby
