That, and it IS a western audience targeted game.
And that Ubisoft quote is old. They recently stated that they'd have 1st party quality games by Mid-2008.

The game itself lacks online and content. Also it's a complete port over from the PS2 version with online tacked on.

Although I do think this lawsuit is a bit vague and stupid, considering the guy just wants $ out of it. If a person is willing to waste his life arguing over a game that includes no stereo is pretty lame and very time consuming.
