No. The gyms aren't in any order.

Kiko12... yeah, you can have ghost and other type But as a ghost gym leader, all your multitype pokes must have 1 type ghost (and your non multitype, only ghost)

whats the process of awarding and validating a person who has beaten a gym leader? and when a battle is 'set to lv100' that means even lower level pokemon act as if they've been RC'd to 100?
