This should have gone in the Q&A thread, but u get ur FC in ur pal pad, which u obtain in one of the first cities u go to. TO access ur pal pad, go into ur key items and look for it.

Then in the pal pad it will say (your imgame name) Friend Code. and this is the code that u will need to give others if u want to trade or battle them over wifi. Also u will need the other persons friend code to do so.

as for your question, your pm box is full so i will post it here. please clear your pm box of unused messages.

the mystery gift option on most of the pokémon games is used to recieve special items at nintendo events, worldwide. mystery gift gives you the item needed to access one of the event pokemon. in this case darkrai/arcues/shaymin.
