I've got Dittos with near-perfect IVs thanks to Strype and my Lucario, Hard Beat, hias 31s across the board.

Perfect IV's arent everything.....i won at battle last night and my pokemon have sucky IV's but i breeded them shiny via RNG(Masuda's method was bumming me out)

Shinies are more worthless than good IVs IMO. I know they're not everything, but they are very helpful.

(Also looking for Arcanine)

No, just for items and only then on Diamond. I can spawn pokemon, but I can't set IVs.

Well it increases sp.atk by 10% and decreases sp.def by 10%

It's only average? I would use it, but it's an uber in LC.

Now I'm looking for a Mantyke. If you have one, I would love to trade for it. I'm way too lazy to Surf around for it.
