electivires lowest level is lv 30 something i think 36 or whenever Elekid evolves into Electibuzz unless u use AR and im not releasing them thats stupid and i dont wanna EV train my own pokemon cuz i have better things 2 do then sit down playing pokemon for like an hour

Then it looks like you're ****ed because nobody's gonna give you competative pokes for garbage just because you're too lazy to EV train.
If you're saying you've got better things to do, you don't belong here because a LOT of time goes into this game once you get competative.
