Unfortunately, there is no TM to teach Yawn. TM44 (Rest) can be obtained from the Game Corner Prize Exchange in Veilstone City for 6000 coins. If you want a move that will reliably put something to sleep, I suggest you find either a Shroomish or Paras/Parasect and level it up until it learns the move Spore, which has 100% accuracy. Paras and Parasect learn it at level 17, and Shroomish learns it at level 45. If you choose Shroomish, beware not to let it evolve until 45, because Breloom won't learn the move. Hope this helps.

My advice?
play Fire Red or Leaf Green and go to Mewtwo. Fight him, if hes shiny, catch. If not, restart.
