I don't eat your kind of meals, Emma. I just throw down the calories the entire day. If I had to break my day into meals, I'd say I have about 7...

Lol, that wasn't a shot at you. I really wish I could eat breakfast, it would help a lot.

Yeah, especially since it sounds like you're training reasonably heavy.

We do 6 meals: Bfast, PWO, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Snack

Yeah man, breakfast is important. Apparently not more important than an extra 15 minutes of sleep for me, though... xD

Do you train/run/lift?
 
i get waaaaay to early.........and for some reason.....i dont have time to make any.....lol.....even the Mircowave is slow

Yes, though I've been off the wagon for a few months - started back on my cardio program 3x a week (bike, run/incremental sprints), with lifting the other 3x (like bi/tri, chest/back, legs).

I'm also working in some Gym Jones/CrossFit training.
