Ganton: what are you telling this person?

First of all, I have never heard of anyone being arrested for "solicitating" in front of a store, camping out for a Wii. Worst case scenario, the people working there might ignore you/not let you wait in an inside corridor, but they would never ARREST you.
im pretty sure u can theres a fedral law against it if the store says yes then theyy can take ya down town

oh and the heap is dieing cause poeple aren't trying to get them for thr kids and other poeple

Waiting list at Rogers Video

Being somewhat lazy and not willing to camp in the freezing cold, I have been waiting patiently for enough stock to just walk in and buy a Wii. I just happened to be at Rogers Video (in Stittesville, Ontario - near Ottawa) and they actually have a waiting list. I'm number 30 or so on the list, but at least I don't have to drive around now and/or stand in lines. So, for those who don't mind waiting a bit, you could get on their waiting list. I assume other Rogers video stores will do the same.

Good luck.

Got mine today at Eb games in Rosemere, quebec. I went there and there was a small line. Turn out that I got the 8th WII, the last one for today. Maybe they receive some every day.
