.....I use that same logic for N using Sableye even though it won't happen ;_; ....

Aside from the notability factor, which Sableye makes up for with being a Nintendo video game character.

With logic like that every pokemon has a 1/649 chance
Which it is not because it is all about fan popularity

Sableye is still more likely then Batman.
He's not a "Nintendo character" 'cause he's insignificant.
He's a character in a Nintendo game, so he's a Nintendo character, very significant or not.

Batman's been in many Ninty games. Possibly more than Sableye. :p

If Bats was originally a game character rather than a comic book hero, he'd definitely have better odds than dumb ol' Sableye.

This will be my reaction if Batman somehow squeezes his way in:

1,000th is mine
now's my chance to say something memorable

dumb ol' Sableye

I think Bats already has more of a chance than Sableye to be a valid character
Sableye will be lucky to be a pokeball

He means a Pokeball item in SSB4.
I know. That doesn't make it not a fail.

Batman isn't getting in, that's a fact. I already gave reasoning for Sableye getting in, and unlikely as it may be, MR is just outright ignoring it, even though it's much better then his reasoning for stupid Batman getting in.
