There's already enough Mario characters in. I'd strongly prefer that characters from other new game series get in. That's how we got FE in the first place. Even Rocker's Golden Sun is more plausible. We don't need to ridiculously expand on established represented franchises.

Keep Little Mac as an assist or whatever the next version of summons are. That leaves an open roster for another character.

I disagree in all honesty. He could make it if fan demand is high enough, but Punch Out ain't exactly Ninty's most beloved title. R.O.B might even deserve a slot more than Mac.

I personally don't really consider Yoshi, Wario, and DK from the Mario universe. They originated there, but they represent their own series. So Bowser Jr. is fine.
