Super Smash Bros. 4

Jigglypuff's Japanese name is Purin
so Jigglypuff makes no sense to them and Purin does not make any sense to us

Does Marth's voice really matter?

yep

Quite a bit or barely at all depending on the type of game and the character itself. In a fighting game like Brawl where there's almost zero talkin', it generally don't matter. In a game where the character in question is the main character, whom has quite a bit'a spoken dialogue, it matters incalculably. Most people don't want t' read English while hearin' another language.

Marth sounds better in Japanese.

Except you've never heard his English voice since it don't exist. Don't let that confirmation bias get ya, son. :p

I wonder if Adventure Mode will have a better plot this time around. Probably not much better, if at all.

plot in smash bros. lol

SSE was still plenty fun without some grandeur story or not. Fightin' games with noticeable single-player content is so damn rare these days, so I'm lookin' forward t' what SSB4 will bring. Be it a good plot or not.

I hope it has a good plot. SSE was a great plot. I liked how all of the characters were linked together to create a nice story line.

They all started in various areas, but in the end, all of them join forces to defeat one common enemy.

EDIT: And it amazed me how many characters there were to be unlocked.

Still as spoiled as before. I love it.
Only unlike Pokemon it's not a big deal.

It's just a minor thing, really. As long as Jiggly has a role it's all good.

Its damn funny how all three(Wolf, Jigglypuff, and Toon Link) had nothing to do in the SSE story. Just mini-hidden battles to unlock them, like they were "banished" out of the story and were low characters. I mean, Wolf would have been a damn good evil character in the Subspace Emissary story, like Bowser, Ganondorf, and Wario had big parts in it... Whatever, I guess.

I found that stupid, there was no reason for them all to be in.

I agree. It could've been worse though, they could've excluded those characters entirely.

I have the same thoughts for Sonic. I mean, what character sits around Subspace and doesn't move until everyone is gone? And he can only be played once against the final boss in the main story? Bullsh!t.

Ninty just has a very strong like for the Mario Bros. to include 2 of their evil characters.

Sonic's last-second cameo was indeed a derptastic plot device... And also strange. Makin' Sega's character the most important of the heroes, even moreso than any Ninty heroes? lolwut

Its damn funny how all three(Wolf, Jigglypuff, and Toon Link) had nothing to do in the SSE story.

All three could'a been included somehow, but it'd be quite unnecessary. Wolf ain't meant to be an ally, nor would he work well as a villain since he'd have no proper motivation. 'Cept perhaps revenge on Fox 'n friends, but he'd still not fit in too well I'd say. He'd just be another Wario walkin' around with that trophy cannon weapon goin' solo. Not only that, but he's a mercenary for hire who's without a very notable moral code, not a terribly evil madman (ohai Ganon). I'd say it's better Wolf was left out of the story as it was.

Jigglypuff would'a likely joined the story just as Yoshi did; just so happened to be derpin' around one of the heroes. Thing is, Yoshi is far more significant than stupid ol' Jiggles, so there was no reason to include 'er at all.

There's already a Link in the story, as well as Zelda 'n even Ganon as the second-most important villain. Toon would be overkill. Not t' mention there aren't any levels at sea for a proper introduction.
