Pisses me off when they taunt after spamming you to death. AND they just runnaway.

... What do they even spam? Thunder (Jolt) is hilariously punishable if ya ain't Ganon, as is F-smash on shield to an extent. Not that wi-fi doesn't make every punish ever seem impossible lol.

i really dont want to call f-smash "side smash" as sakurai intends

I agree with Dirge. Even the Down Smash got some serious nerfs. I think you need to face more Pikachus and on a certain point they will be your easiest opponent.
If your opponent is not a pro that is, but pros dont spam... Most of the time.

Pikachu has received a ridiculously varied mix of buffs 'n nerfs. No idea what his tier position will be in the long run. If the edgeguard metagame doesn't develop to be especially effective, and Pikachu's lack of KO power is an issue with many top/high tier character, I bet he'll be mid-low.
