Jigglypuff and Ness have in as playable characters all 3 super smash bros games , super smash bros on n64, super smash bros melee on gamecube and super smash bros brawl on wii i say they come back ssb4 wiiu and 3ds and they are major part of ssb series

She's not an overall prominent character. She is not a popular choice. She is not a fighter. She is in all likeliness not going to return in a staple Mario title.

She's just not (Playable) Smash material in general.

However Rosalina is a staple in SMG which I believe is going to have some stage influences and some moveset influences.
Who better to have the SMG stage has their home turf than Rosalina?

Let's face it, SMG was the latest influential main series Mario game.

Anyway, she looks like a combination of Olimar and Ice Climbers. I like this idea so much.
