DK Country is still owned by Nintendo because Miyamoto still had a big hand in the series at that point. That's why Diddy is in Brawl. It's also why Dixie is in DKR-DS rather than a Kong known more by the younger gamers like Tiny Chunky or Lanky. Level designs and certain characters would be eliminated as well as special moves Cranky gave you. As it is I'm sure Sakurai had to pull some strings to be able to use Diddy's Jetpack and Popguns in Brawl...

So it would be possible, just not as easy as they would like? Do you think there is there any chance of King K. Rool appearing in Brawl, like Axtlar mentioned?

Prolly as a boss: K. Rool first appeared in DKC. I wouldn't want him to be playable though.

I would, as well as Wart(Super Mario Bros. 2 final boss) they're very similar, but I like them.

I do not think Wart will be playable in Smash, I think he's best shot is as an Assist Trophy. IF he's lucky.

Kraid > Them.

Also, Kraid will most likely be a boss. He is MASSIVE.

I mean as in the type of boss: Giant scaly freaks that continually beat the living $#!+ outta you without hardly moving away from one spot in the room.

Kraid IS cooler, but he's in the same CATEGORY =P

Which do you think has a better chance of making the roster, Blood Falcon or Black Shadow? Or someone else?

I'm hoping that Blood Falcon is a costume for Falcon (Mario --> Doc) and that Black Shadow is a character.

That's my thought too...I wanted Samurai Goroh in but he's an AT so Black Shadow would be my next choice. Pico would be kinda cool but I doubt he'd be in. Or my best characters in F-Zero X: Mighty Gazelle and Bio-Rex...but again, Black Shadow is 5645716905840686504869016591 times more likely =D
