This isn't strictly true. Unless you took the photos of the textures, animals and grass? If you did, I salute you, but I'm pretty sure you didn't.
Making from scratch is more like drawing something/vectoring/vexeling something, where you literally do every yourself ;D

sorry, I guess I worded it wrong. I used sand paper for the background effect and a grass photo. But what if I used a grass brush, would that be considered "from scratch"?

To, "Make it from scratch", would require you to make the background, the brushes, the text, and any images used.
