Blue light does not stay on, only way is it u get a e-mail dont read it and the light will stay on. or if u e-mail urself something to the wii. ppl do have mario miis, u got to add them and they have to add u.

You get the blue light when you get a message... it will stay there untill you answer it.

And Im sure there's a thread about mii's around here somewhere...
