I recently sent an email to Nintendo(which i posted on the forums, go here to see it, http://www.wiichat.com/nintendo-wii-chat/40665-good.html ) and this was the first reply I got.

I appreciate your taking the time to share your comments with us in regard to
online gaming features you would like to see. I will forward your e-mail on to
the appropriate department for further review. While you won't be contacted
further regarding this issue, please rest assured that your feedback will be
taken into consideration when planning future products.

I think this is just a polite way of saying "We dont care what you think"
This was obviously sent by someone whos job it is to just make people feel like they did something, when really, probably no one above minimum wage even read it.

And notice how they said future products in the first one..

well it's not like iwata can read everybody's e-mail, especially since some people write multiple e-mails...

They always send these kind of messages.
I don't think they even read them
