When are we doing the wiichat tournament anyways? Day it comes out?

Agreed. Smash Balls are mandatory in a good match. Without FSA you're basically playing melee 2.0, with more characters.

The only time i will play without items is in the upcoming tournament.

After that whomever faces me..know this: All items are allowed. No bitching over getting killed by an item. "that item killed me " I think those who edge guard are cheap and don't deserve to have their wii's bricked, but I accept that it's a common practice amongst 'pros' and will probably be abused during the tournament. So like it or not it's going to be there.
You want to be considered a pro? then adapt and change to the game as it was meant to be played. Items are there for a reason.

1v1 is good if you want to prove to a noob that ur way better than them. 1v1v1v1 is a way of showing ur talent against a group. i like 1v1v1v1 better, because i like dodging 3 people at the same time to make them hit eachother.

I just enjoy watching them beat up everyone and when they come to me I just throw them off the stage.

Not gonna happen, sadly. The fact that Americans weren't even considered in the character polls makes me think that sakurai was mainly concerned for his native japan.
We don;t even get a say as to what goes in the game, why would he give us a different version, when our input isn't worth his time?
