Why you guys be hating sonic? It's not like 1 or 2 other characters is gonna "FLOOD" the 40+ character roster or maybe they would just be AT's. I think we do need more characters from Sonic.

But other than that, if you guys have been Reading Smash it up! from IGN, they suggested Square-Enix Characters this time around. I totally agree with ever character they listed Especially blackmage/Vivi from an older addition.

And if you haven't read any Smash it up!'s, you should go read every single one right now.

But otherwise, talking about third party characters, I think they should stick with 1 for snake, get another one for sonic, and get atleast one from square-enix (Cool if it had more), and maybe Megaman.(Not a huge fan, but he'd fit)

Have u guys played sonic battle in GBA?

I think Shadow has more varieties when it comes to attacks and special moves than sonic's "blue dash" thing.

IMO, shadow deserves to be in SSBB more than sonic. (opinion based on his attack moves in Sonic Battl in GBA)

Shadow should be in, just as a color swap for sonic though. I mean they are too similar for them to be different characters...Though I haven't played Sonic Battle.

capcom make crud games
square-enix is the best company for games in my opinion
sora could be on it because of the gliding ability on smash bros and one of his ability IS called Glide

is smash bro's main audience kids? i always thought it was teens, seeing as how most of the people that participate in the ssb section are teens...

Sonic is much famous than Shadow. I am sorry for that though since I like much better Shadow and yes Shadow does have really good fighting skills instead of Sonic's.

You could see them in Shadow the Hedgehog which had weapons and so on. They would actually need to be different characters in SMBB because if it was just changing the color you would notice they are not the same...Their way of fighting is completely different.

Eventhough that game wasn't that good I still like Shadow.
The game was actually lame. :lol:
But hey, is Shadow!!!!!!:yikes:

The point is that Shadow can't be just a Sonic with his color changed...Cause they are not the same..Don't forget Sonic Runs Shadow Skates and so on...
