Oh no, Nintendo are actually listening to some outrageous posts on this forum (enter Sonic)... I'm like the only one against this? Do I seem to be a kill joy in every possible form?

You'll get bored of it in a few seconds, from the tools, it doesn't look like you can create a graphical masterpiece like some of the other stages already seen. This was just time wasted on nothing, which they could have been doing something different (cough*Roy*cough) they've made something that little amount of people will use. Sure, you tell me right now that everyone's going to use it, even I will, but it's going to get old and you'll all return to the confort of stages that took aaaggges to design.

You can create your own stages this time?! No way. REALLY?! With a feature like that, won’t I be able to play this game forever?!

well the fact that this mode exsists means that those AWESOME levels made by nintendo will be updated every day so even if you will not use this mode personally it will be in your benefit that it is there, coz that means more levels created by nintendo updated daily :O..
so if nintendo has an idea for a level that they think might be sweet, BAM they just add it on to the daily roster.
sure, it might not have the depth of a properly designed level but its better than nothing, and its a sweet game mode altogether.

I wouldn't buy this game if they made that. It would become so outrageous with online play and then, it'll outbalance the gameplay and everything.

Yeah, I understand what you're saying to most people this will turn into a dull feature and a waste of time but, to people like me who love making things and branching out new ideas will love this. [It's the whole reason I bought games like Viva Pinata.] I love the fact you can sumbit stages to Nintendo and they'll be entered into this top stages type thing and Nintendo sends new stages to everybody once a day [outta the ones sumbited to them] so it's kind of like this is the STAGE OF THE DAY! [from what I read]

haha, you say that you would rather only have the levels made by nintendo, and nintendo is updating and adding new levels every day. so its to your benefit if you love the levels created by nintendo, even though they will not be "graphical master pieces" it will still be an awesome feature

i wonder if they allowed you to put in backrounds (by going into another set of grid's behind the one your editing) and being able to put stuff (mario kartsracing by) and if you can make certain things from other maps come up or stay there (aka a CF ship?)

I hope they do that because that would be sweet and you could create your own unique moveset that fits your own style.

I would guess, if you can send them/upload them to a server then you wont be able to add your own [STRIKE]porn[/STRIKE] pictures.
