What do you think about it??
This is just a sample...
Also, I want to add some cool render and put in the middle, as to the text it's kinda thought to think in a cool one that looks great in that bg... any hints??
Close said:Looks good, here is what I usually do......
Take the pic/render I want and not resize it yet, and use the wave and make some shapes, that sometimes, like my current sig, i didn't do the wave.
Then I add the render, and blue the edges slightly so they blend in with the bg a little bit more.
Then I resize the bigger pic/render slightly and set the layer opacity to like 80 or something, then I place it to the right because my render is usually in the middle, then my bg is there and my render, I add c4d's and press ctrl-t (free transform and move them around, and place them, and erase parts I don't want.
Add random lines a bit, and duplicate the render press glass-spatter and erase the white and put it around my render, then use the pen tool and make a line, then add my text there with the free transform (ctrl-t), then add a border.
Number of ways...i'm sure this is the most in-efficient way of doing it, but go to File>New and make the width the width of your sig, then make the height whatever you want, fill with black, Select>All (Ctrl+A) and copy; go to your sig and paste, now hold shift and move it up or down with the arrow keys, that way it will be even on both the top and bottom.demonflair said:WoW, sounds like you're a professional
Thanks for the info!!
BTW how do you add the border Top/Bottom without adding the full border (including Right/Left)??

It was made for a member named "Dumbass_luigi" (hence the text)

You and I are very much alike then. As I made the sig, and kept making it, I was like "WOAH, that's a lot of green right there." Then, as I kept looking on there I kept seeing all the layers working together and appreciated it a little more...which is good. Since if you're posting on a forum, people are going to be looking at it a lot. >.<demonflair said:When I first look at it I was like "To much green effects in the render, and a bit confusing", but somehow the more I saw it the more I like it.
First text looks better, and the sig, about 8/10.
ssbb_lover said:Thanks for your opinion, demon. No tutorial was used, i'm so proud. DD Especially because I think the C4D's flow much better with the render than my previous attempt; also, I tried to make it look like the Ghost was just appearing (that's why there's that lil bit of motion blur on the ghost).
Cinema 4D renders. See the kind of lightning in front of Luigi's face, and the particles over to the top right portion of the sig? Those are examples of them used in a sig, you will eventually use them...(lol, I know it may sound like i'm talking down to you, but i'm not; mind you that we've both made the same amount of sigs)demonflair said:Your welcome!! I did my 4th without a tutorial as well!!
BTW what's C4D?
