[King Wiired]

Did every mask of advice given to me by you fitkids, and came up with this:

Used a gradient overlay to give it more of a dark-to-light feel, though I feel using contrast and that, has make the right side to bright.. Used a sexy pinkish redish colour balance (well I think so, me be colourblind :]) and I'm rather happy with it, cept the whiter bit.. hmm.. thoughts please? Thanks lads.

Edit: also dan99iel, loving your newest sig, I think it's better than your current tbh :] Though I feel if you start experimenting with light sources and shade etc.. it will make your sigs even better :]

Brawny, you can set your color to a very light yellow or plain white and do a 'radial' 'FG to transparent' gradient. Hope you understood that . Or you could just download a soft brush and lower the opacity of the brush and/or layer .

And SSBB, i also think it's time for a sig update .

Btw: you using GIMP or PS? I want to know exactly the differences between the two and why opensource is looked down upon so much....

Wiichat/Photobucket made it blurry. >.< It isn't that way in Photoshop.

Like I said, I was only focusing on the image, or I would done all that other stuff.

I guess, I tried saving as both a JPEG as well as a GIF. Neither of them had better quality then the other....which is unusual.

1st avvy: babdly made tbh...it's a super simple bg with a render that doesn't match it put next to it...

Like Brawny said, save it as a .png next time. That will give you the best quality possible and it'll look exactly like it does on your monitor.

Your avatar is mismatched, very mismatched; though I do like the Brawny guy.
Both of the sigs have renders that don't work with the background, much like your avatar. They could also use some blending. Basically, just take a look at some of the other banners you see around here, like mine or Wiired's or Mario Famous', for example, and you can get a good idea what I mean.
