Wow, that's a lot of layers. Im just learning animation in the actual pic. The earlier spin attack one is like 8 or so. My sig is 2, and The biggest one, just cutting and pasting sprite sheets took like 40 or so...

I've never had any problems with animation limits....i've done like 500 frames (sarcasm); seriously though, I use a lot of frames for some sigs.
