on the wii menu that shows the channels click the mail icon on the bottom right then u will be on the screen that show the white envelope that indicates your plays etc... there's an icon that has a paper and pen on it on the left side click then you'll be on the screen that has memo,yellow letter, and address book click on address book and then it'll show you your wii console number and for your username it's what you named your wii when you first got it you can find it in your wii setting under the console nickname
