A Wii Remote, BlueTooth adapter, a compatible BlueTooth stack (software), and software like MiiMegaMall. There are TONS of Mii tools for the PC, along with several fun Wii Remote hacks as well, and BlueTooth adapters can be picked up all day long for $10/$20 bucks.

Is there a limit to how many friends you can have?

I've heard you can have 100, however the register book shows only 20 pages. Not sure if more pages are added as you need them or what.

There is a video of a person with 10,000 Mii parade, who claims something like 100 Friends with 1,000 Mii's a piece. Here it is...
