i probably play more 4player free for alls just because there's always too many people waiting to play but 1v1s are 10 times more intense and fun

Has a video special on Pit and they point out his qualitys, and from what I heard/saw, he is great when recovering from being knocked of the stage.

BTW watch out if your avoiding the spoilers because IGN is giving not warnings.

It really depends on how good you are as Pit. Most likely the videos you saw were with people who either aren't very good, or have no clue what they are doing.
