hmmmm you need info, go to http://serebii.net/potw-dp/ and http://serebii.net/potw/ they give you the best info for almost every good pokemon

A few comments about your team:
- Only one pokemon (Machamp) will be any good against an ice pokemon. You also have three pokemon that are weak to ice attacks. Your Charizard will help there immensely. Try maxing its SAtk EVs and giving it Fire Blast, Sunny Day, Solarbeam and Rest, and equipping it with a Chesto Berry.
- A lot of your pokes have a mix of physical and special attack. Stick with its stronger stat or you're really not maximizing its potential.
- OHKO moves will ruin your machamp as long as it's got No Guard. If you want to make use of the ability, put in some low accuracy moves like Stone Edge.

An adamant gangar is preety much useless, u want modest or timid to utilize speed and special attack better. Wise glases give a boost to the speicial attack. Also u may want to cover ure weakness to dark pokemon by either haveing HP fighing(or bug) or using focus blast.

Not a bad set. Me first (and it hits with x1.5 power )can be a good move against sweppers so it might b good to kep it but its ur choice.

Im not fermiliar with mewtwo, but this set is okay, me first to hit pokemon b4 they hit u can inflict x1.5 damage. I suppose u can give it aura sphere 4 recover but thats up to u

Well, ur team is full of sweepers and attackers but u have no stallers, defencive walls or annoyers, so ur team may get beatne tactically. I suggetst u replace some pokemon with some more defencive ones just to add some cover

@DK:
Adamant is, hands down, the single-worst nature you could have chosen for a Porygon-Z. He has no physical attack moves, and you're hindering your main asset, its powerful SPAtk. In addition, only 2 of your pokemon are not weak to thunder. A pokemon with thunder/fighting will tear through your starting line-up.
Honestly, I'm not saying this to be mean or anything, but you should really take a browse through your pokedex and diversify your type distribution. You seem to lean heavily on bulky waters, and your team has two boltbeamers. try experimenting with some other type mixes, maybe ground, electric or fire.

Rayquaza is a nice poke, to be sure, but his inclusion will sour many potential opponents. Legendaries do not go over well in battle circuits. Same goes for Giratina and Dialga.
Evolve your Haunter. It gets better stats, and there's really no downside.
Defog is useless. Get if off your honchcrow =P
As a general rule, find out if your pokemon has a stronger Atk or SPAtk and then try to keep all your moves based around that particular stat. A few pokes can pull off a mixed-bag of attacks, but that list is very small. Also, you might want to note their natures, and (with the exception of legendaries), try to breed out a better one.

You can get rid of defog by visiting the move deleter. He's in canalave.
