Official Q & A Thread

is leafeon a good evolve from eevee?
Yes, and I'll give a good reason/good reasons why in my biased opinion.

Leafeon goes off a 110 base attack stat, nothing to laugh at (Ties with things such as Torterra, physical Lucario, etc.)
Also, has a wonderful 130 base defense, that's higher then Tangrowth, Gliscor, Donphan, etc. which means it can survive multiple stabb'ed earthquakes from Garchomp (Assuming you went defense Iv's which is highly unlikely though)

Not to mention, 95 base speed (Such as Uxie and Electivire)

Being a physical powerhouse, along with a nature like Jolly, it is a wonderful evolve of Eevee.

It doesn't matter on the other pokemon's gender, but the everstone trick doesn't work on pokemon from different language regions (ie Jap Ditto + US Chimchar)

Mine are American, but they still wont produce what I want...

Quick question, Iron fist on a hitmonchan, how much does that boost "punch" attacks.

I suppose the correct saying/quote would be "You don't always get what you want" =P
But sometimes, when you try some time, you might find, you get what you need.

ok, on the ditto ordeal..

If you are using a ditto to breed with any other pokemon that is able to breed, you must have it male for a high percentage of being the same nature.

there you go, taken from a post in Marrilands forums.

But it says in the Official guide that putting an everstone on a ditto gives the baby it's nature. Were they lying?

That's a lie ._.

It's just percentages. As long as the ditto (If not ditto the female parent) is holding an everstone, theres a 50% of inheriting the ditto (Or mom's) nature. If you've bred 15 eggs and the ditto is holding an everstone, but you didn't get that modest nature you want, the odds were just against you. So far ot of almost 30 eggs of cyndaquil, I've gotten 2-3 of the desired nature (Ditto with everstone) out of 5 eggs. ._.

Lol, before all people cared about were just overused Pokemon... Then it moved to natures and such... followed by Ev training and then iv's. Isn't this interesting? A shame this place is going down right when people are reaching the peak of their knowledge (I think)

I dont know what ivs are. I dont know (nor care) what his evs are, all I need to know is a good moveset for a physical sweeping Rayquaza.
Hes at 100 and horrible nature. Lonely
