i think magma armour/flame body is the only way to make it hatch faster...different pokemon have different steps needed. e.g bulbasaur has about 5000 and manaphy needs about 10000 steps.

with magma armour does the pokemon (in my case macargo) have to be at the front of your party? or does it just have to be in there

that didnt answer the question, but to answer urs, the pokemon with flame body or magmar armour just has to b in the party for it to take effect

to make eevee evolve into espion, it must be happy and must level up during the day time
